

But with the help of my trainer Anthony Tumminello I did the unthinkable. I began to slowly but surely lose weight with the hope of one day competing as a bodybuilder, never knowing if It would be possible. It was then that I decided to make a change that would save my life. I remember sitting at the end of my bed in tears thinking that if I didn’t make a change I would surely die because of my obesity. Soon after I ended my football career and didn’t know what to do with myself. This was the heaviest I had ever been and the worst I ever felt. I stepped on the scale at football practice and saw the numbers 314 come up on the screen. This continued for most of my life until I finally reached my breaking point. I even broke a desk because I was so heavy. I had to wear size 44 pants and 3xl shirts to feel comfortable walking around high school. At doctors appointments I was told how I would soon develop diabetes if my habits didn’t change. Playing football I was forced to play with kids older than me where I still struggled to make weight.

Ever since I can remember I have been over weight. But you could also say I was the fat kid. Growing up I was always involved in sports I guess you could say I was an athlete. With my substantial knowledge of fitness, functional movement and nutrition I am ready to help you and any individual with any fitness goals.

After getting my personal trainer certification from NASM I pursued a full time position as a personal trainer.

I’ve trained in countless gyms all over Long Island and NYC because I wanted to gain as much knowledge and information as I could to really perform and be at my best but also teach and help others to do the same. As a long term fitness enthusiast I decided to turn my passion into a career and apply all the knowledge I learned along the way into helping others. Hiring a personal trainer supplied me with extensive knowledge in weights, nutrition, alternative exercises, therapeutic measures and overall health and well-being. However, after 6 months of no progress towards my goals, I simply had enough! I finally got the courage to hire a personal trainer, this decision marked the most crucial and life-changing step in my health and fitness journey. I desperately wanted to hire a personal trainer, but at the time I was unsure if they could even help me as well as I was incredibly nervous to approach one. For example, I would run hours upon hours on a treadmill and make no progress. I only knew the basics about fitness, fat loss and nutrition. After months of strenuous effort I was struggling to say the least. About 10 years ago, I decided to join a gym and make these goals of mine reality. I wanted to become exceptionally strong, build muscle, lose body fat and most importantly live a healthier lifestyle. For the longest time I wanted to transform my personal physique into something it’s never been.
